Advanced manufacturing technology
CIC39 applies 02 concrete culvert production technologies including Schlosser Pfeiffer technology from the Federal Republic of Germany and centrifugal rotation technology combined with vibration according to French standards, helping the concrete to be evenly distributed from the outside to the inside of the culvert, increasing the tightness and pressure resistance. The automatic electronic aggregate mixing and weighing system ensures the mortar and aggregate components create a uniform quality culvert product.
Product diversity
CIC39 offers a wide range of concrete culverts, including:
- Round culverts : Diameter from ф300 to ф2000, culvert types H10, H30, VH.
Round culvert products
- Box culvert : Size from 1000x1000mm to 3000x3000mm, or according to customer requirements.
Centrifugal concrete box culvert products
The company’s centrifugal concrete culvert products are certified to comply with standards TCVN 9116:2012 (double box culverts) and TCVN 9113:2012 (round culverts).
Modern factory system
CIC39 owns two concrete culvert manufacturing plants:
- Thanh Phuoc Factory : Located at No. 6, Hill 16 Street, Cay Cham Quarter, Thanh Phuoc Ward, Tan Uyen City, Binh Duong Province.
- Long Nguyen Factory : Address 216B, Bung Thuoc Hamlet, Long Nguyen Commune, Bau Bang District, Binh Duong Province.
Both factories are equipped with synchronous production lines, including automatic concrete batching plant system, automatic steel cage welding machine, centrifugal rotating rack combined with vibration and core vibration system according to European standards. Thanh Phuoc factory is conveniently located near Thanh Phuoc port, convenient for transportation by both road and water.
